As an internet entity, we at Ganjalogic knew that, sooner or later, we’d run a cat story. But we hoped we’d be doing it for obvious reasons — like, say, pandering — and not to expose the darker side of the trend toward cannabis edibles.
That hope has been dashed.
You see, an Omaha dad found four brownies in the back seat of his car. The car his adult kids had just used. And he ate them. All four of them. And after he unloaded the groceries and switched on the TV, he began to feel anxious. And weird. And by the time the paramedics showed up to diagnose his malady and tuck him into bed, he’d gotten down on all fours, to get in his cat’s face.
Sigh.
